¿Es
difícil interpretar el papel de un malvado completamente loco? ¿Has
tenido experiencia previa como modelo mo-cap?
No, no he tenido ningún tipo de
experiencia como modelo mo-cap. ¡Fue una experiencia impresionante! No fue
difícil jugar de malvado... porque ¡yo soy malvado! Aunque en realidad no. De
hecho, me encanta interpretar a los malos, creo que son los más emocionantes e
interesantes.
¿Qué perfil buscó Capcom a la hora de elegir a un actor para
Ricardo Irving?
Que fuera
realmente loco. Cuando llegué a la primera audición miré un boceto de Irving y
era mi propio reflejo dibujado en un papel...fue un poco raro.
¿Conoces actualmente la saga Resident Evil?
¡Por supuesto!
¡He estado jugando a Resident Evil (PSX)! Fue realmente genial cuando me enteré
que yo sería un personaje. Es uno de mis hobbies favoritos hasta la fecha.
¿Amante de
la NBA? Si es así ¿Quién es tu favorito para ganar el anillo?
Si te refieres
por la NBA de baloncesto... Entonces soy un gran fan de los Utah Jazz. ¡Oh
desearía tener a John Stockton y Karl Malone de nuevo!
¿Qué puedes contarnos sobre
tu personaje en Resident Evil 5?
Os puedo decir que es malvado,
está enfadado, ¡y que va a daros una patada en el culo!
¿Tu personaje tendrá una
estrecha relación con Albert Wesker?
Tendréis que averiguarlo
amigos.
Muchos nos reímos con la
carcajada de Irving en el Trailer E3 2008, ¿hubo muchas bromas a la hora de
hacer esas risas?
Yeah!, el director y yo nos
divertíamos mucho con Irving. Esperad, ¡que lo mejor está por venir!
Tu protagonista parece que
tendrá un final desastroso (B.O.W.), y los planes caerán en manos de Excella
Gionne, ¿Estás de acuerdo con las hipótesis que existen en la red?
Bueno, en realidad... Esperad
... Estoy metido en un juramento de guardar silencio.
Tuviste una escena con la
actriz que interpreta a la mujer enmascarada (máscara de pájaro), ¿quien es
esta actriz? Tiene que ser una gran atleta para hacer esos movimientos...
Esto es realmente muy
interesante ... Esperad ... Todavía estoy bajo juramento a guardar silencio.
Les puedo decir ... no quedaréis decepcionados.
¿Conoces España?, Aquí es
muy famoso el jamón, las corridas de toros y las fiestas. Te invitamos
cuando quieras, eso sí, ten cuidado que algunos pueden ser zombies.

It was very difficult to interpret the
role of an evil completely insane? Did
you have any previous experience of mo-cap model?
No I didn't
have any previous mo-cap experience... it was an awesome
experience! It wasn't that difficult to play evil...
because I am evil! Not really though. I actually love
playing bad guys, I think they are more interesting and
exciting.
What profile Capcom sought to choose you
as Irving?
It was actually crazy.
When I got to the first audition I looked at a sketch of Irving and
it looked exactly like me.... it was kinda creepy.
Did you already know Resident Evil
series?
Of course! I've been playing
Resident Evil from #1! It was so cool when I found out
I'd be a character. It's one of my favorite rolls to
date.
Do you like NBA? If so Who is your
favorite to win the ring?
If by NBA you
mean basketball... then I'm actually a huge fan of the
Utah Jazz. Oh I wish we had Stockton and Malone again!
What can you tell us about your character
in Resident Evil 5?
I can tell you
that he is evil, he's pissed, and he's going to give you
an ass-kicking!
Your character will have a close
relationship with Albert Wesker?
You'll have to
find out my friends.
