¿Es
esta tu primera experiencia en la interpretación de un personaje a
través de captura en movimiento?
No, he trabajado en varios proyectos
de captura de movimiento. Spider-Man 3, Devil May Cry 4, Dead Rising, UFC,
verdaderos crímenes de Nueva York, ¡y más!
¿Qué he hecho?, Mo-cap, captura
facial, y las voces.
¿Cómo
tuviste la oportunidad de trabajar en el mo-cap de Resident Evil 5?
He tenido el placer de trabajar con
Reuben Langdon y bajo el equipo de "Just Cause Productions" varias veces, y
siempre pasamos un buen tiempo juntos. ¡Casualmente ahora voy a ir divertirme
con ellos!
¿Has tenido
la oportunidad de conocer en profundidad lo que es Resident Evil?, ¿Has jugado
algún juego de la saga?
¡Por supuesto!
He jugado al primero, al uno con mi amigo Van. ¡Y nos asusta! ¡Fue genial!
¡También soy un fan de las películas!
¿Qué has
interpretado en concreto para Josh Stone?
Sí, soy la voz
y el rostro de captura de Josh.
¿Qué puedes contarnos
sobre Josh Stone? y ¿Cuál es su nacionalidad?
Josh es africano y el líder del
equipo Delta que viene a investigar el problema que enfrenta a esta entrega
de Resident Evil. Él es un experto de las fuerzas especiales y más, pero no
estaba muy preparado para ver las cosas que él está a punto de encontrarse.
¿Te gusta el personaje que
interpretas o hubieses preferido a otro?
Cada vez que interpretas a un
personaje, te conviertes totalmente en otra persona, con toda una vida,
historia y experiencias. Él es más que un líder del equipo Delta. Es un
hombre de África, humanitario con la comunidad y el modo de vida que se ven
amenazados por el mal que cae sobre la tierra.
Tienes que llevar toda la
vida de un personaje. Imaginaos, ¿qué harías si un día llegas a casa, y todo
lo que sabía fuera modificado por algunos extraños experimentos científicos
que afectarán a la totalidad de la comunidad?
¿Qué opinas acerca del
mundo de Resident Evil? ¿Puedes decirnos cual fue tu escena favorita?
Tengo grabada una escena
favorita, pero no puedo decirlo, ¡sería un gran spoiler! Pero lo que puedo
decir es que Resident Evil seguirá siendo líder en el mundo de los
videojuegos, abarca mucha experiencia de anteriores entregas, es probable
que tengáis la necesidad de encender la luz para sentiros seguros mientras
jugáis al juego...
¿Cómo fue tu relación de
trabajo como un mo-cap, junto con otros actores en Resident Evil 5?
Te lo justificaría diciendo
que son el mejor equipo para trabajar en términos de Mo-Cap. Ellos conocen
sus funciones, ellos son geniales, y todos ellos son increíblemente
talentosos y experimentados en el tema. Trabajar con profesionales expertos
es un placer cuando se ha trabajado en otros proyectos menores.

this your first experience in the interpretation of a character through
Motion Capture?
No, I've
worked on several motion capture projects! Spider-Man 3,
Devil May Cry 4, Dead Rising, UFC, True Crimes New York,
and more! I've done Mo-cap, Facial capture, and voices!
How you had the chance to work in mo-cap of Resident
Evil 5?
I have had
the pleasure of working with the Reuben Langdon and the
team over at "Just Cause Productions" several times, and
we always have a great time together. I just go to have
fun with them again on this!
Have you played any Resident Evil game?
Of course! I
played the very first one with my friend Van. And it
scared us! It was great! Also a fan of the movies!
Do
you interpret the voice of Josh Stone?
Yes, I am
the voice and the face capture of Josh Stone!
What can you tell us about Josh Stone? and ¿What is his
nationality?
Josh is
African and the leader of the Delta team that comes in
to investigate the problem that faces them in this
installment of Resident Evil! He's special forces and
knows his stuff, but wasn't quite ready to see the
things that he is about to see...
Do
you like the character you play or you prefer another
character interpretation?
Every time
you play a character, you become a whole other person,
with a whole life, history, and experiances. He's more
than just a Delta team leader. He's an African man who's
community and way of life are threatened by the Evil
that falls upon the land. You have to bring that whole
life to a character. Imagaine, what would you do if you
came home one day, and everything you knew was changed
by some wierd medical experiment that effected your
whole community!
What was your opinion about the world of Resident Evil?
Can you tell
us your favorite recorded scene? I do have a favorite
recorded scene, but I can't tell you cause that would be
a major spoiler! But what I can say is that Resident
Evil continues to lead the pack in game play experiance
that is so encompassing, that you will probably need to
turn the lights on to feel safer while you play the game...
How was your working relationship as a mo-cap together
with your partners in Resident Evil 5?
The Just
Cause team are the best, to work with in terms of Mo-Cap.
They know thier stuff, they are super cool, and they are
all incredibly talented and knowledgeble. Working with
experianced proffesionals is such a pleasure, when
you've worked with the alternative!
Can you greet your Spanish fans?
To my
Spanish Brothers and Sisters I say Hola! We had a
wonderful time making this game and I am hoping that you
all enjoy it as much as we did!!! Stay focused! Stay
Strong!
